The First Middle East Watches, Jewellery & Pens Awards - 2006 Edition was a pioneering concept initiated, promoted and implemented by Arabian Watches & Jewellery Magazine & PenME to establish industry standards in the region and to recognize and reward the best brand performers in their respective categories through a rigorously screened process monitored by independent, representative, un-biased, and experienced professionals drawn from across the Middle East.
